IV Therapy
- Our staff of specialized pharmacists and INS and CRNI certified nurses provide comprehensive infusion therapy services. Each aspect of our operation is focused on quality and efficiency.
- Stat-Care Pharmacy verified daily the need for continued therapy before mixing the next 24-hour supply. This dialy dispensing is done in an effort to minimize unneccessary charges due to dosage changes, discontinuations, etc...
- We provide not only an on-call nurse, but out pharmacists and nurses are available for clinical support 24-hours a day.
We believe that supplies should be available and at your fingertips when you need it.
Stat-care will install an IV consignment closet to be inventoried and restocked on a regular
basis. The costs associated with supplied taken from the closet, for
administering, are convered within the per diem rate. This eliminates the effort to
enforce a tracking method internally and prevents the facility from being charged for
any item.
Training
- A complete IV policy and procedure manual is provided for you facility. Each procedure is based upon the stringent standards set by the Intravenous Nursing Society and recommendations by the Center for Disease Control.
- In addition, we will provide training for certification in IV therapy, as well as classes for reassessment of stagg for IV re-certification at no additional cost.
